Reservation
The reservation process in the Aigner www.aignermunich.co.id consists of three simple steps.
1ST STEP: REGISTRATION OR LOGIN
The Aigner website requires you to have an account to reserve Aigner item. Simply click the Login/Register button at the top of the website. If you do not have an account, please complete the registration process by filling out your personal data. Once you have finished the registration, we will ask you to confirm your phone number and email address. If you already have an account, you can enter your phone number/email and password then continue to browse and reserve items.
You may also choose to browse our collection first and start adding items to your reservation. But you will be asked to login prior to continuing the reservation process.
2ND STEP: ADDING ITEM(S) TO RESERVATIONS
Browse Aigner collections in the website and start adding item to your reservations by clicking Reserve Now. Please note that each account can only reserve up to 2 items. You are able to reserve items from 2 different stores. Reservation is only valid until 10.00 pm (or varies on the shop's closing hour) the next day.
After finishing the reservation, you will receive an email with your reservation details. You can find the details of your reservation in My Account, specifically in My Reservations.
3RD STEP: PICKING UP ITEMS AT AIGNER SHOP
In this last step, you only need to visit the Aigner shop you have selected during the reservation process. Please show the reservation email and do the payment. Your reserved items will be ready to go home with you!
4TH STEP: HOME DELIVERY SERVICE
